Continuing the introduction of Lynnhaven Marine’s new line of dependable boats from Sea Pro, we’d like to talk about the 259 Deep V CC model, the class of the line.
With an overall length of 25’9” and a beam of 9’4” feet, Sea Pro’s Deep V hull and its high freeboard provides an exceptionally dry and steady ride in all conditions. We’ve put together a comparison chart showing how the Sea Pro 259 matches up with other boats in its class. You can see it here. 259 Comparison Board
You can take any model boat and lard it up with extras and add-ons to get a great (and expensive) boat. The Sea Pro 259, on the other hand, is pre-loaded with standard features that would cost extra with other manufacturers.
There are three fish boxes on board, two aft and one in the bow. There are also two pressurized bait wells, one on the transom and one on the leading post console. Sea Pro has engineered all these boxes and wells, along with water from the scuppers, to drain through one central manifold, thus reducing the number of holes in the hull.
Up in the bow, this Sea Pro comes equipped with a Lewmar electric windlass, standard. On the port side, there’s a dive door and adjustable swim ladder attachment, standard. Along the transom, there’s a flip-up lounge seat with adjustable back rest, standard. Throughout the boat, the metalwork, latches and hinges are all heavy duty, polished stainless steel, standard. 20-gallon fresh-water sink at the stern, standard. Electronic relay battery switches at the helm, standard.
The leaning post console is also loaded with standard features. The twin bucket seats with flip-up bolsters and flip-down arm rests are extra comfortable. The console contains drawers for storing gear and tools and boasts numerous rod holders that double as cup holders. And underneath is a head complete with china toilet, fresh water sink and mirror. All of this on a twenty-five footer!
Standard electronics include a 12-inch SIMRAD display with link to the engines, and there’s plenty of wall space to add even more displays if you want. The helm is protected by a tempered glass windscreen (standard) and the fiberglass T-Top overhead, with the powder-coated superstructure incorporated into the console to provide more room and safety. The steering wheel is polished stainless steel, tilt-wheel and connects to the boat’s power steering system. And the Fusion stereo system and its four powerful speakers will rock your tunes.
Lynnhaven Marine is linking the Sea Pro 259 with twin Yamaha 200s, providing all the get-up-n-go any boat owner needs. These dependable, performance engines will provide years of excellent boating for you and your family.
The list of standard features goes on and on. To see them all, please call us for an appointment.
