Jon, I’d like to say how much I appreciate the great service I received at Lynnhaven Marine on March 20 & 21 2005. I talked to you several months earlier about service and repair to my Pontoon boat and that I didn’t want to trailer it and could you lift it out of water and do the work and put back in water in reasonable amount of time. The lift people told you they didn’t think they could lift a Godfrey Tri-toon so you personally came to my home and took measurements that proved that they could lift it. When I contacted you this month to make arrangements, you set it up for me to drop boat at marina dock, had it lifted out and service and repairs done and put back in water next day.
Work was completed satisfactory with one small issue with trim gage noticed when I returned boat to my dock. I contacted you and you had technician respond next day to correct.
I’m 84 years old and want to thank you personally for all you did to help me. I need someone to be on the boat with me (usually my son, who is busy with work and 4 kids) so I have to schedule around him. You told me if my son was tied up you would personally come and take the boat in with me. When we picked up boat you went over all the work and charges and later that day followed up with a phone call to ensure there were no other issues.
It was a pleasure doing business with you and Lynnhaven Marine.
